Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, chopped fresh dill or parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until creamy and well-blended. This should take about 3 minutes.
  2. Lay the wraps flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cottage cheese mixture over each wrap, leaving about half an inch around the edges. This should take around 2-3 minutes.
  3. Position cucumber slices and any optional red bell pepper in the center of each wrap on top of the cottage cheese mixture. Arrange neatly for a balanced flavor profile. This step should take about 2 minutes.
  4. Starting from the edge nearest to you, roll the wrap tightly over the filling, tucking in the sides as you go. This process should take around 2 minutes per wrap.
  5. Once rolled, slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 24 hours. This final step should take about 3 minutes.
