Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Finely shred the green and purple cabbages. Julienne the carrots and slice the red bell pepper into thin strips. Chop green onions and cilantro.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss the vegetables together, then pour the dressing over and mix until well coated. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
