Method

Step-by-Step Instructions for Crockpot Steak Bites
  1. Begin by patting the sirloin steak cubes dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together low-sodium soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the prepared steak cubes in the bottom of your slow cooker. Pour the marinade over the steak.
  4. Dot the marinated steak with small pieces of butter, spreading them evenly over the top.
  5. Cover your slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours.
  6. Once cooked, gently stir the Crockpot Steak Bites and serve them hot, optionally garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
