  • 1 package Phyllo Dough or puff pastry
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil or avocado oil
For Topping
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds or poppy seeds

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, fresh herbs, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Layer phyllo dough by brushing olive oil on each sheet, stacking 3-4 sheets.
  4. Cut layered phyllo dough into 4-inch wide strips.
  5. Place about a tablespoon of filling on one end of each strip and roll tightly, sealing the ends.
  6. Arrange the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Allow rolls to cool for a few minutes before serving with dipping sauces.
