  3. Dip each chicken tender in the yogurt mixture, then in the cheese-cracker mixture, pressing gently to coat evenly.
  4. Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray the tops with cooking spray. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
