  • 1 can Cooking Spray or Olive Oil

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (190°C) and prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning mix. In another bowl, mix the shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, crushed Ritz crackers, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the yogurt mixture, then roll it in the cheese-cracker mixture.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken tenders on the baking sheet and lightly spray the tops with cooking spray. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
