Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  3. Slice chicken breasts into pieces, coat with breadcrumb mixture, and press to adhere.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet and fry the chicken pieces over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. On each slider bun, place a fried chicken piece, add marinara sauce, and top with mozzarella; place in baking dish.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
