Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking tray by lining it with aluminum foil and lightly greasing it with olive oil.

  3. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate in the bowl for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until smooth, coat each skewer in eggs, and roll in breadcrumbs.
  6. Arrange the coated skewers on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for about 10 minutes.
  7. Turn the skewers and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
