  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Or Half-and-Half; can substitute with coconut cream.
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Add extra for more flavor!
For the Cheese Topping
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Low-moisture mozzarella recommended.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook until they float, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked gnocchi with tomato basil sauce and heavy cream.
  4. Pour the gnocchi mixture into a prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the gnocchi and sauce mixture.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
