  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Monterey Jack is an alternative
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder Adjust for spice preference
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro For garnish, optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, corn, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and mozzarella. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  3. Grease a 23 x 33 cm baking dish. Pour the mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle additional mozzarella cheese generously over the top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes and sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
