Ingredients
  

Lasagna Layers
  • 1 box Lasagna Noodles No-boil noodles save time
  • 8 ounces Crab Meat Fresh or imitation
  • 1 pound Shrimp Peeled and deveined
Cheese Mixture
  • 15 ounces Ricotta Cheese Can swap with cottage cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated, save some for topping
Sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Can be lightened
  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce Preferably homemade
  • 2 cloves Garlic Freshly minced
Sautéing and Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can substitute with butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Flakes Adjust to taste
  • to taste Salt and Black Pepper Essential seasonings
Crunchy Topping
  • 1 cup Breadcrumb Topping Add more Parmesan for extra taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and cook the no-boil lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Fold crab meat into the shrimp mixture, season with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half the Parmesan, mozzarella, and heavy cream until smooth.
  5. In a greased baking dish, layer noodles, cheese mixture, and shrimp-crab blend, repeating until assembled, finishing with noodles and Alfredo sauce on top.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan, then add breadcrumbs for a crunchy topping.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
