Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and cook the no-boil lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Fold crab meat into the shrimp mixture, season with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half the Parmesan, mozzarella, and heavy cream until smooth.
- In a greased baking dish, layer noodles, cheese mixture, and shrimp-crab blend, repeating until assembled, finishing with noodles and Alfredo sauce on top.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan, then add breadcrumbs for a crunchy topping.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
