Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and coat a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the spicy Italian sausage over medium-high heat until browned and crumbled, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Lower heat, add butter, and sauté minced garlic in the sausage drippings for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, stir, add red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning, and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the ravioli according to package instructions, usually 4-6 minutes.
  6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese into the Alfredo sauce until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  7. Layer the dish starting with Alfredo sauce, adding ravioli, sausage, and mozzarella cheese in repetition until all ingredients are used.
  8. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top layer, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes until the top is bubbling and golden.
  10. Let the lasagna rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing to serve.
