Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the base ingredients: cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Fold in the smoked Gouda cheese and half of the crumbled bacon.
  4. Add in the chopped green onions and fold gently.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Top with remaining bacon and cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving with dippers.
