Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Chicken: Boil chicken breasts in salted water for 12–15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F, then shred.
  2. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Prepare Dip Base: In a saucepan, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir for 3–4 minutes until smooth.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Add shredded chicken, half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese, and green onions to the dip base. Mix until well combined.
  5. Transfer & Top: Pour mixture into the greased baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  7. Broil: Broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden top.
