- Combine chicken thighs, heavy cream, chicken broth, cream cheese, unsalted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in the crockpot. Stir until cream cheese is fully mixed.
- Set crockpot to HIGH, cover, and cook for about 2 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Remove chicken from crockpot, shred it, and return it to the pot with uncooked ziti pasta and parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for another 30 minutes until pasta is tender; adjust sauce thickness if necessary.
