For the Pasta
  • 12 oz Uncooked Ziti Pasta Can substitute with penne or rigatoni.
For the Finishing Touch
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Pecorino Romano can also be used.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Fresh basil can be used for garnish.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine chicken thighs, heavy cream, chicken broth, cream cheese, unsalted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in the crockpot. Stir until cream cheese is fully mixed.
  2. Set crockpot to HIGH, cover, and cook for about 2 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
  3. Remove chicken from crockpot, shred it, and return it to the pot with uncooked ziti pasta and parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on HIGH for another 30 minutes until pasta is tender; adjust sauce thickness if necessary.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve in bowls garnished with parsley and extra parmesan.
