Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a food processor, add the fresh cranberries, chopped jalapeños, cilantro, sliced green onions, granulated sugar, salt, and a splash of fresh lime juice. Pulse the mixture for about 15-20 seconds until finely chopped, ensuring you achieve a chunky texture.
- Transfer the mixture into a medium-sized mixing bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Take 8 oz of cream cheese and let it soften at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes. Spread the cream cheese evenly onto a serving platter.
- After the dip has chilled, spoon the cranberry-jalapeño mixture over the cream cheese layer. Use a spatula to spread it evenly.
- Drizzle honey over the top of your assembled dip. If desired, sprinkle some chopped nuts over the honey drizzle.
- Pair your dip with an assortment of crackers, pita chips, or fresh baguette slices.

Notes
Adjust the spice level by varying the amount of jalapeño used. Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for later use.
