  • 2 medium cucumbers freshly peeled and chopped
  • 2-3 limes fresh lime juice squeezed
  • 1/2 cup water or ice to adjust consistency
  • 1/8 cup honey or sugar to sweeten
  • optional mint for garnishing

Directions
  1. Peel and chop the cucumbers into even-sized pieces and place them into the blender.
  2. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the cucumbers in the blender.
  3. Pour in half a cup of water or add ice cubes, then blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
  4. Add honey or sugar to taste, then blend again until combined, adjusting sweetness as necessary.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge or mint sprig, pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
