Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, minced garlic, and allspice. Mix well and shape into 1-inch meatballs.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add oil, and cook the meatballs for 6-8 minutes until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter, add onion, and cook until softened. Stir in flour, then whisk in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Add Worcestershire sauce and season to taste.
  4. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and return it to the pot. Pour sauce over pasta, add meatballs, and toss to coat.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a greased baking dish, combine pasta, meatballs, and sauce. Spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and slightly golden. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
