  2. If using, gently fold in sliced bananas into the oat mixture.
  3. Scoop the prepared mixture into two jars, ensuring even distribution. Seal tightly.
  4. Place the jars in your refrigerator and let them chill overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  5. When ready to serve, stir the oats, check desired consistency, and top with fresh whipped cream and shredded coconut.
