- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather all your ingredients.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated onion, milk, egg, salt, black pepper, allspice, and nutmeg. Mix until combined.
- Roll the mixture into uniform 1-inch balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
- In a medium pan over medium heat, melt butter and whisk in flour. Cook until golden, then gradually whisk in beef broth.

- Add the baked meatballs to the gravy and let them simmer for about 5 minutes.
