Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather all your ingredients.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated onion, milk, egg, salt, black pepper, allspice, and nutmeg. Mix until combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into uniform 1-inch balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
  5. In a medium pan over medium heat, melt butter and whisk in flour. Cook until golden, then gradually whisk in beef broth.
  6. Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream and soy sauce, cooking until velvety.
  7. Add the baked meatballs to the gravy and let them simmer for about 5 minutes.
  8. Serve over fluffy mashed potatoes or soft egg noodles, garnished with chopped parsley.
