Ingredients

For the Bread
  • 10 pieces Frozen Rhodes Dinner Rolls Ensure they are raw dough for best results.
  • 1/2 cup Salted Butter Feel free to use unsalted and adjust salt in the mixture.
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar Either light or dark works well.
  • 2 tablespoons Ground Cinnamon Adjust according to your taste preference.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Substitute with vanilla bean paste for a bolder essence.
For the Glaze
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar Main component of the glaze.
  • 2-4 tablespoons Heavy Cream or Milk Adjusts the consistency of the glaze.

Equipment

  • 9-inch springform pan
  • Medium bowl
  • Whisk

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by lining a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking, then generously spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, melt the salted butter and combine it with brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  3. Take 10 to 12 frozen dinner rolls and place them evenly in the bottom of your prepared springform pan.
  4. Cover the pan loosely with sprayed plastic wrap and allow the rolls to rise in a warm area for 45 to 60 minutes.
  5. Once the rolls have risen, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and pour the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture over the top.
  6. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the top turns golden brown.
  7. After baking, let the bread cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before drizzling with glaze.
