Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese full-fat for best texture
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3 large Eggs at room temperature
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract or almond extract for twist
Crust
  • 1 pack Graham Cracker Crust store-bought or homemade
  • 4 tbsp Butter melted
Topping
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar for topping

Method
 

Prepare Crust
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter until evenly moistened. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
Make Filling
  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar; mix well. Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
Bake Cheesecake
  1. Pour filling over cooled crust. Bake in a water bath for approximately 60 minutes until edges are set but center has a slight jiggle.
Cooling
  1. Turn off the oven, leaving the cheesecake inside with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate overnight.
Prepare Topping
  1. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over cheesecake before serving.
