Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, dark brown sugar, and granulated sugar for 2-3 minutes.
- Add large eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract for another 3 minutes.
- Gradually mix in baking powder and all-purpose flour until fully combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and red and green M&M Minis.
- Scoop dough into small balls (about 0.5 oz each) and place them on the prepared baking sheet, flatten slightly.
- Optional: Place additional M&M's on top of each cookie.
- Bake for approximately 8 minutes until edges are golden brown; let cool on wire rack.
- Allow cookies to cool completely before serving.
