Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking and a golden crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth; stir until blended.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and season with salt and pepper to taste; mix thoroughly.
- Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish and pour the chicken filling mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
- Place the biscuit dough evenly over the top of the chicken filling, stretching or flattening if needed.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
