Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
- On a floured surface, roll out your store-bought pizza dough to your desired thickness.
- In a small skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Transfer the rolled-out pizza dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
- Brush the surface and edges of the dough with olive oil.
- Spread the sautéed garlic evenly over the dough, then top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake the pizza for about 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Once removed from the oven, place fresh basil leaves on top and optionally sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes.
- Allow the pizza to rest for 2 minutes, then cut into slices and serve.

Notes
Use a pizza stone for a crispy crust and fresh basil for best flavor. Avoid reheating in a microwave; use an oven or skillet instead.
