  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped; dried herbs are acceptable
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust according to preference

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Grate the medium zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. Mix ground beef, zucchini, cheddar, parmesan, onion, garlic, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf in a greased loaf pan.
  4. Spread ketchup over the top of the meatloaf for gluing.
  5. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and bake for 55 to 65 minutes.
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
