- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the buffalo sauce to your mixture, folding it in gently.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, three-quarters of the sharp cheddar cheese, and all of the mozzarella cheese. Stir until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth it out. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until bubbly and lightly golden. Optionally, broil for an additional minute for extra crispness.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
