Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the buffalo sauce to your mixture, folding it in gently.
  4. Fold in the shredded chicken, three-quarters of the sharp cheddar cheese, and all of the mozzarella cheese. Stir until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth it out. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until bubbly and lightly golden. Optionally, broil for an additional minute for extra crispness.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
