  • 2 sheets Puff Pastry Thawed but still cold for easier rolling.
For the Filling
  • 1 wheel Brie Cheese Substitute with Camembert for a different flavor profile.
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce Use homemade or store-bought.
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans Walnuts or almonds can be alternatives.
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary Thyme can also be used.
For Finishing
  • 1 large Egg Beaten for egg wash; use a vegan substitute if preferred.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place a small oven-safe bowl upside-down in the center.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut into 16 triangular strips.
  5. Fill each triangle with Brie, cranberry sauce, pecans, and rosemary.
  6. Fold the pointed ends of triangles over filling to form a wreath.
  7. Prepare the egg wash and brush over the wreath.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Cool for 5 minutes, garnish with rosemary and cranberries.
  10. Slice and serve warm with extra cranberry sauce.
