For the Dressing
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt substitute with plant-based yogurt for dairy-free
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil high quality recommended
  • 0.5 medium Fresh Lemon or Lime Juice fresh juice is best
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard whole grain can be a substitute

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the chicken by cooking or shredding leftover rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces.
