  1. In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen mixed berries, Greek yogurt, and almond milk. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.

  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or consistency as desired, blending again as necessary.
  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses or mason jars for storage. Seal tightly if storing for later.
