- Soak your wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Cut the chicken thighs into roughly 1-inch cubes and pat them dry.
- In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Thread chicken onto soaked skewers, aiming for 4-5 pieces per skewer.
- Preheat the broiler. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and arrange the skewers.
- Brush half of the BBQ glaze over the chicken skewers and broil for about 5 minutes.
- Flip the skewers, brush with the remaining glaze, and broil for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Let the skewers rest for about 2 minutes before serving.
