  • 4 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
For the Marinade
  • 1/2 cup Tahini Mix in a little water if clumpy.
  • 1 tablespoon Za'atar Key herb blend.
  • 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar Can substitute with lemon juice.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice Adjust to taste.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to taste.
For Serving
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley For garnish.
  • 2 pieces Lemon Wedges For serving.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine tahini, za'atar, red wine vinegar, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  2. Reserve about a quarter of the marinade for later use. Coat the chicken thighs with the remaining marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Arrange the marinated chicken thighs on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after baking, then drizzle with reserved marinade, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
