  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice or lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce optional; coconut aminos for gluten-free

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, fresh lemon juice, and soy sauce (if using). Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Brush the honey mustard glaze over the fillets.
  4. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with olive oil. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down.
  5. Set the air fryer timer for 8-10 minutes and let the salmon cook until the glaze is golden.
  6. Remove the salmon from the air fryer and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
