  1. Prepare the Dough by allowing pizza dough to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Mix Fillings in a large mixing bowl, combining ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, cooked meats, spinach, oregano, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
  3. Roll Out the Dough to about ¼ inch thickness on a floured surface.
  4. Cut the Dough into 6-8 inch circles using a sharp knife or round cutter.
  5. Fill the Calzones by placing a generous scoop of filling mixture on one half of each dough circle.
  6. Fold and Seal the dough over to create a half-moon shape, pinching the edges tightly.
  7. Prepare for Air Frying by preheating your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  8. Air Fry the Calzones in a single layer for approximately 10-15 minutes, checking halfway for even browning.
