Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients and prepare cutting board and knife for slicing.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add sliced chicken breasts and drizzle with olive oil. Toss with chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, toss together sliced bell peppers and onions with remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread seasoned chicken and vegetable mixture evenly on the sheet.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Switch to broil during the last 5 minutes of cooking for extra char. Watch closely to prevent burning.
  7. Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lime juice over the fajitas. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
